Annual Leave
Our full-time employees receive 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. They also have the option to buy back up to 5 days holiday through our buy back scheme. This is pro-rata for part-time employees.

Flexible Working hours
In our Nottingham and London offices we have implemented flexible working to help our employees improve their work/life balance. Core hours are between 9.30am and 4pm and 10am and 2pm on a Friday. Every Friday an early finish can be taken.
